Writers' Academy
Writing and Publishing Books for Young Readers

Note:
Dian regrets that she will not
be teaching at the Writers' Academy in 2011.
Another instructor will be filling in this year.

Have you ever wanted to slip away for a week

to focus on your writing?

Come join us for an intensive week-long retreat:

June 2011

I highly recommend the Academy for these reasons:

*The camaraderie of staying on campus in a (brand new!) dorm,

away from the obligations of home.

*The chance to devote a focused week to your writing.

You deserve it.

*Meeting writers from all over who have come to retreat and write.

*Group critiques and the chance to receive feedback

from a variety of writers.

*Hanging out on a beautiful campus

in small-town America

and feeding your writerly soul.

Class size is limited to fifteen.  To be put on a list for the 2011 Writing Academy, contact the WTA&M Department of Continuing Education at:  806-651-2037 or email Laquitta Doak at: ldoak (at) mail.wtamu.edu.
