Years ago, I wrote several stories about an outspoken walrus. After reading the stories, people somehow felt compelled to send walruses to me. That started my collection. Today, nary a Christmas or birthday passes without receiving a new one for my collection.
A walrus is buried somewhere in almost every one of my books. A few, like Dear Dr. Sillybear, Mommies, and Daddies feature walruses in the illustrations. (Click here to see these books.)

You knew there'd be walrus books!
Hey, who took over my napping spot?
Have you ever seen a walrus on rollerskates?
What's for lunch? Clams again?
